These terms of use govern access to and use of the JALOUZE website, published by SMS CONSEIL, SASU, 5 rue Crevaux, 75016 Paris, France. Using the site implies acceptance of these terms. Sales are governed by the terms of sale.

The site is free to access. You agree to use it lawfully, to provide accurate information and not to disrupt its operation (automated extraction, intrusion attempts, sending unlawful content).

After a sourcing request or an order, you receive a private link to track it and view proposals. This link is personal: anyone who has it can see the information on that page. Do not share it. If you think it has been disclosed, write to contact@jalouze.com and we will deactivate it.

When you send photographs (for example of the bag you are looking for), you guarantee that you hold the necessary rights and that they do not infringe the rights of others. You grant SMS CONSEIL a free, non-exclusive licence to use them solely to handle your request, for its duration. They are never published.

The JALOUZE name and logo, texts, photographs, videos and layout of the site are protected. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited. Brand names of the bags presented belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the pieces.

SMS CONSEIL takes care to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors. Its liability cannot be engaged for indirect damage or for the content of third-party sites linked from the site.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to the protective rules of the consumer's country of residence. Contact: contact@jalouze.com.
