Authenticity guarantee

Every bag offered by JALOUZE is authentic. We only sell pieces we have inspected ourselves, and we stand by this commitment without time limit.

Before being offered, each piece is examined point by point: leather and stitching, hardware and engravings, stamps and date codes, lining, shape and proportions, consistency of accessories. Each inspection is documented with photographs, which accompany the bag on dispatch.

On request, a piece can be authenticated by Entrupy, an independent technology combining microscopic imaging and artificial intelligence. The certificate is issued in your name and can be verified online.

Should a recognised expert establish that a piece sold by JALOUZE is not authentic, we take it back and refund the full price paid, including delivery costs. Write to contact@jalouze.com.
