Delivery & returns

Once payment is received, your piece is prepared with care in its dustbag and accessories, accompanied by its inspection photographs and authentication certificate. It is dispatched within 2 working days.

Every parcel is fully insured for its value, tracked, and handed over against signature. Allow 2 to 5 working days in mainland France; international delivery on request. You receive the tracking number by email.

Please check the parcel in the presence of the carrier and note any visible damage. Report it to contact@jalouze.com within 48 hours, with photographs.

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, without giving reasons. Notify us by email at contact@jalouze.com, then return the piece within 14 days, in its original condition, with all accessories and certificates, by insured and tracked shipping. We refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Full details in our terms of sale.
